The rod clamp is designed for rod extension, aluminum alloy constructed for light weight and durability. It features a 15mm rod opening, could be for use on any 15mm rail system. Besides, the 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes provide mounting points for additional accessory like articulating arm. It is convenient to attach and detach because of the rotating shaft and hinge structure. You could attach it to the rod from any position, not only from the ends.
